We have a 14 day refund on any items you wish to return, as long as the item is unused and unopened, and shipped back to us unopened within 14 days from the time you received the product. It must be postmarked within 14 days from the time you received it. We do not refund any items that are opened. If you opened it, and there’s any issues with it, please email us ASAP, and we can take care of the issue accordingly. Every case is different. We do not offer any refunds on any of our gels, unfortunately. But we do offer refunds for our gels, if there’s a defect or you received the wrong item. If you have any issues with your order, please email us as soon as possible. Timing is everything, and customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Damages and issues

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
